Deloitte Philippines has named Ramon Chito Ramos as its new country leader, taking over from Eric Landicho after eight years at the helm. Ramos has led the firm’s Technology and Transformation practice, overseeing digital strategy, enterprise modernisation, and AI projects across the Philippines and Southeast Asia.

Since joining Deloitte in 2000 as a consultant, Ramos has grown his team to over 200 professionals. He now aims to strengthen Deloitte Philippines’ market position and expand its advisory capabilities through a multidisciplinary model delivering end-to-end services.

Under Landicho, Deloitte focused on industry specialisation and broadening audit, tax, consulting, legal, and risk advisory services. Landicho will now concentrate on client engagement and mentoring emerging leaders within the firm.

Ramos plans to leverage Deloitte’s Advice, Implement and Operate framework, alongside ERP systems, data analytics, and AI, to deliver solutions across multiple sectors. The firm employs more than 1,000 professionals, including nearly 30 partners, and remains an integral part of Deloitte’s Asia-Pacific network.
