Jerroms, part of the Sumer Group, has expanded its Halesowen office following a merger with Price Pearson. The Black Country-based firm has welcomed the Price Pearson team, bringing together more than 100 years of combined experience in supporting individuals and businesses across the region.
The Dudley News reported that the merger expands Jerroms' service offering to include probate and will-writing, broadening its portfolio to better support clients across the Black Country.
Chris Casey, director at Jerroms Halesowen, said: "We're thrilled to welcome our Price Pearson colleagues into the Halesowen office. Their expertise and strong client relationships are incredibly important to us, and they will play a key role in strengthening the services we provide across the Black Country."
He added: "Bringing both teams together under one roof creates a more experienced, more capable practice with the scale and depth needed to support local SMEs with the insight, guidance and hands-on support they need to grow. This is a really positive step for the region, and we're excited about what we can achieve together."
The integration allows Jerroms to serve a wider range of SMEs with a full suite of expert-led financial services delivered from a single location. The firm operates as part of the Sumer Group, a mid-market accountancy practice with operations across the UK.
The merger strengthens Jerroms' position in the Black Country market whilst enhancing service capabilities for existing and prospective clients. The combined team now operates from the Halesowen office, providing audit, tax, advisory, probate, and will-writing services to regional businesses and individuals.
