Pepper Advantage has appointed Paula Moran as its new chief operating officer, strengthening senior leadership oversight across its Irish financial services and accountancy-led operations.
Effective from 1 January, Moran succeeds Todd Bowen, who moves into the role of global head of operational fulfilment within the group. The appointment places a qualified accountant at the centre of operational performance, service delivery and governance for Pepper Advantage Ireland.
Moran brings more than 28 years of experience in financial services, with deep expertise in operational leadership, large-scale team management and customer-focused service delivery. She joined Pepper Advantage Ireland three years ago as head of primary servicing and currently serves as head of mortgage origination and portfolio management.
According to the company, Moran has played a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and improving the customer experience, areas of growing importance as loan servicers face heightened regulatory scrutiny, reporting requirements and cost pressures.
As COO, Moran will oversee the operational performance of Pepper Advantage Ireland, with responsibility for ensuring high-quality services to clients and customers while supporting the firm’s growth and strategic development. The remit places significant emphasis on process control, risk management and data accuracy, all core pillars of modern accountancy-driven financial operations.
Prior to joining Pepper Advantage, Moran held senior roles at BCM Global and Anglo Irish Bank, building extensive experience across regulated financial environments. She holds a Bachelor of Business and Legal Studies from University College Dublin and is a qualified ACCA accountant, reinforcing the technical and governance credentials behind the appointment.
