UK Accountancy Age Top 20 firm TC Group has completed a merger with Stiles and Co, a Taplow-based accountancy practice founded in 1945, adding a presence across the Thames Valley, Greater London, and Home Counties to its national network of more than 60 offices.

Business Sale Report reported that Stiles and Co has built its reputation over more than 80 years providing audit, accounting, and taxation services to businesses, organisations, and private clients across an array of sectors.

TC Group's growth strategy centres on acquiring independent firms that require additional scale to manage evolving regulatory and technical challenges. The merger integrates Stiles and Co's regional portfolio into TC Group's national platform whilst maintaining its existing regional presence.
