UK accountancy and advisory firm Xeinadin has added Kilkenny-based Carrigan O'Dwyer Limited to its Irish network, bringing a 45-strong team and specialist advisory capabilities across cyber security, pharmacy, and technology into its Leinster operation.

ThinkBusiness reported that founded in 2006, Carrigan O'Dwyer has built a reputation for guiding early-stage companies through funding rounds, supporting scaling businesses, and advising on complex projects in specialised industries, growing steadily to become one of the fastest-growing accountancy practices in the southeast region.

The acquisition gives Xeinadin a second office in Kilkenny, complementing its existing site at Lacken House, and brings its national Irish network to 32 offices, with 11 across Leinster.

Sandra Clarke, managing partner of Xeinadin Ireland, said: "Welcoming Carrigan O'Dwyer Limited to Xeinadin is a significant step in strengthening our advisory capabilities in Ireland, particularly across high-growth sectors such as cyber security and technology. Their ability to combine technical excellence with strategic thinking, alongside a clear focus on building long-term client relationships, sets them apart. Their expertise will further enhance how we support SMEs and ambitious businesses across the southeast."

Martin Carrigan, director of Carrigan O'Dwyer, said: "Carrigan O'Dwyer is 20 years in business, and we felt the time was right to join a larger organisation like Xeinadin. Xeinadin offers the scale and capabilities of a large practice while at the same time prioritising local relationships and an SME first approach, which matches our values as a company."

Carrigan added that joining Xeinadin brings new resources, opportunities, and growth potential, and opens meaningful career development paths for staff through exposure to experienced and ambitious peers.

Seven firms joined Xeinadin's Irish network during 2025, and the group has indicated plans to continue investing in additional practices throughout 2026.
