Xeinadin, the UK accountancy services and business advisory group, has expanded its Southend office with the addition of TBL Accountants, strengthening advisory support for owner-managed businesses and charities across Essex. The integration brings a team of 22 professionals with over five decades of combined experience in accountancy, taxation, VAT, payroll, and business consultancy.
Accountancy Age reported that TBL has built its reputation supporting owner-managed businesses and not-for-profit organisations requiring accessible local advice.
The Southend office now operates under the leadership of partners Paul Stafford and Lisa Keith, working alongside Area Managing Partner Ian Hornsey. Clients gain access to national support across tax and corporate finance, alongside tools and communications including webinars on Making Tax Digital and updates following government budgets and regulatory changes.
Paul Stafford, partner at Xeinadin, said: "The reality is, we work with small, owner-managed businesses, the people who don't have big budgets but who need and value local support. That's always been our focus, and it's exactly what Xeinadin is about too. Joining Xeinadin allows us to keep doing what we do best but with more support behind the scenes."
Ian Hornsey, managing partner for South Essex at Xeinadin, said: "This is a team we've known and respected for some time. They're trusted by their clients because they offer real advice, not just reports and that's exactly what we believe in. It's great to have them in the building, and even better to have them as part of Xeinadin."
The office will continue delivering day-to-day financial management, planning, and strategic advice whilst accessing expertise from the collaborative national practice.
